Tasti D-Lite Privacy Policy (the "Policy")


Tasti D-Lite LLC (the "Company") values and is committed to safeguarding your Personal Information. It is our desire through this Policy that you understand how your Personal Information will be handled when submitted through the tastidlite.com website (the "Site"). This Policy describes the Company's process for handling said information. The Company defines "Personal Information" as identifiable information such as your name, street address, telephone number, credit card information, screen name, username, password, and e-mail address.


When you provide the Company Personal Information, you are authorizing the Company and its agents to use that information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. You may limit the Company's use of your Personal Information (see below). By accessing the Site, you hereby give your consent to the terms of the Policy as posted here, which may be updated from time to time by future postings. If you send another person an e-mail from the Site referring that person to the Site, any referral information you provide is used on a one-time basis to facilitate this communication and is not further retained by the Company.

Third party Internet websites accessible through hyperlinks from the Site have their own privacy policies, and the Company has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. Please review their privacy policies yourself before using another third party website.

The Company is committed to protecting the online privacy of children and making the Internet safe for all users. For this reason, the Company does not collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. We encourage parents of children under the age of 13 to regularly check and monitor their children's use of e-mail and other activities on the internet. Children under the age of 13 should visit the Site under the direct on-site supervision of a parent or guardian and only the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 should transmit information to the Company.

The Company takes reasonable precautions to keep Personal Information secure. All Personal Information is subject to restricted access to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse. However, it should be understood that when you send any information via the internet (including Personal Information) to the Company it can never be 100% secure. While the Company takes reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information once received, the Company cannot ensure or warranty the security of any Personal Information that you transmit. You transmit such information at your own risk. Once we receive such information we will use our best efforts to maintain the safekeeping of your Personal Information.

The Company reserves the right to change or delete this Policy at its sole discretion. Any edits to the Policy will be posted on the Site and the Company encourages you to visit this area of the Site frequently to stay informed. The Company will attempt to respond to any inquiries within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the message.
